El Higuerón was born from a united family: we have been together for 30 years. During all this time we have managed to ensure that our kitchen, which started out very small, can reach all of you. Little by little we have managed to transform our dishes into a unique gastronomic proposal, based on the experiences and adventures of our family. Experiences that we have transformed into flavors to delight your palate, trying to convey to you everything that we have felt.We had the pleasure of having Fernando Martín for many years, a brilliant chef who made our dishes the most special. Our menu wants to bring the most typical products of our country to Fuengirola, although it is true that we have a great weakness for Asturias, from there we get raw materials from the Asturian land.With us, wherever you are from, you can always feel at home.
